there is nothing you can do if you are in the middle of ocean and have a really few time to discover. think about music. many sounds.. many melodies… you can’t discover all of them in your life time. its just a luck you can find the better for your ears…
i am going to give an example for that.. a day full of music… a day discovering really good composer… discovering people making music for my ears…
starts in Bastille… me and my friend Clemence were walking around Bastille.. then we heard a music.. it was really cool and kind of inviting us… then stayed and listened.. La Brass de Pneu. they played familiar songs but really amazing.. sounds made us dance.. very funny though. first discover of the day… sometimes I remember that and open them in youtube but still same videos.. hope they’ll add more one day 🙂
at the same days night we were planning to go to a concert in Philharmonie de Paris.. which is a jazz concert and trumpet summit managing by pianist Baptiste Trotignon.. I’d never heard him or the others except Avishai Cohen. that was really funny thing because I thought that I know him. But in the concert I understand that I didn’t know him actually. Avishai Cohen I know is a bassist.. but this one was going to play trumpet… such confused before the concert but name and surname is really interesting but same.
when the night is over I met Flavio Boltro, Stephane Belmondo, Avishai Cohen and Airelle Besson as new discovers of mine… and of course Baptiste Trotignon.. but there was another trumpeter who is amazing composer at the same time Tom Harrell… Mostly they played his compositions and was really good. most beautiful discover ever. very shamed myself because I didn’t know him before. but lucky learned.. thanks to my friend.. you give me that chance Clems! you know my last months really horrible but I still listen his albums when I try to stand up! and it works 🙂
Music is that… its an ocean.. you can’t find everything.. you can’t listen everything… only in one life time.. but you must search.. you must open yourself to good ones.. music is life and you have to make your life better.. listen…
